I don't love Cogsworth as much as I love Belle but I do really like Cogsworth. 
Aside from Belle, Cogsworth is my 3rd favorite Beauty and The Beast character. (With Beast/Adam being my 2nd favorite)
And might be my favorite between Lumiere, Mrs. Potts and Chip.
I still love Lumiere, Mrs. Potts and Chip very much but Cogsworth has a little more personality to me and also kinda adorable.
Also Cogsworth is my favorite David Ogden Stiers character. (and The Archdeacon from Hunchback of Notre Dame being my 2nd favorite)
I don't really like Jumba and Governor Ratcliffe.
